Whether you’re referring yourself, a friend, or a business—if it leads to a great hire, we’ll make it worth your while.
✔️ $2,000 for every worker you refer who gets hired and completes 90 days of employment*
✔️ $10,000 when a cannabis business you refer becomes a client and makes 5 placements within 12 months
*Worker referrals must be tied to an open role and result in a hire within 3 months of referral.
How It Works
1. Join our mailing list — we’ll send you open roles.
2. Refer people from your network (or yourself!) to a specific job.
3. If they’re hired and stay 90 days, you get paid.
4. For business referrals, you’ll be paid after 5 hires are completed within a year.
5. We track everything and keep it simple.

Small print:
🔒To qualify, referrals must be matched to an active job listed in our emails or posted publicly on our site at the time of referral.
⏱ The referral date is the day we receive your submission via form or email.
✅ We can only honor the referral reward for the first person to refer a candidate or company. Duplicate referrals will not be eligible.
💰We reserve the right to verify all referral information and eligibility prior to payout.
